Me personally have only been doing the Herbalife nutrition plan for about 2 weeks now with no workout along with it. I've replaced lunch with a shake , eat normal suppers, and usually for breakfast I eat a bowl of cereal or some oatmeal. And in the 2 weeks I have lost 5 lbs. This week I plan on adding in additional exercise and see how fast I can trim off my weight. weight started out at 200 lbs when I done a PT test for the guard. I weighed in yesterday at 195.
